Sick of surviving, not thriving?

Rest your head and connect with your heart. Most of us want to have our minds continually occupied so that we are prevented from seeing us just as we are. We are afraid to slow down, be empty, to look at our fears and step outside our comfort zones. It is time to embrace the slow.
