Individual Therapy for people at thresholds
This space is designed for people who want more than a “one size fits all” approach to wellbeing.
Here, therapy slows down. We make room for your whole experience - your mind, body, relationships, history, culture, and inner world.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, or emotional overwhelm, or you're feeling a shift inside that’s hard to name, this is a place to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
Individual therapy with me is steady, grounded, and relational. You’ll have space to:
explore discomfort safely
understand patterns and emotions
reconnect with your inner resources
grow with honesty and support
begin to heal in a way that feels authentic and sustainable
For many, this work becomes the turning point - a moment of clarity, direction, and genuine change.
Mental health support can help if:-
Feeling Disconnected
A sense of being “out of sorts,” stuck, or not like yourself. You may notice changes in sleep, increased reliance on alcohol or screens, or strain in romantic, family, or work relationships.
Loneliness or Isolation
Feeling like you don't belong, finding it hard to connect, or wanting to withdraw from social situations.
Unhelpful Coping Strategies
Escaping into TV, social media, substances, or noticing you’ve stopped doing things you once enjoyed.
Negative Self-Talk and Thought Patterns
Being highly self-critical, reactive, or overwhelmed by hopeless thoughts or inner pressure.
Difficulty Defining Happiness or Purpose
Feeling unclear about what you want, need, or value — or sensing something is missing but not knowing what.
Navigating Life Transitions
Struggling to cope with change, loss, identity shifts, grief, relationship breakdowns, or the quiet sense that life is calling you into something different.
Feeling at a Threshold
A sense that old ways of living no longer fit, and something new is trying to emerge — even if you don’t yet know what that is.
It’s not uncommon to continue experiencing anxiety or depression even when taking medication. If this resonates with you, therapy can help create additional layers of support and understanding.
Together, we explore:
your lived experience
your values
your patterns
the internal and external pressures shaping your life
Through gentle, grounded work - combining somatic awareness, mindfulness, systemic understanding, and depth-oriented reflection - you can begin to:
understand yourself with more compassion
develop greater emotional resilience
recognise what no longer serves you
navigate difficult moments with more clarity
cultivate inner strength and agency
prioritise your wellbeing without guilt
This isn’t quick-fix work.
It’s meaningful, sustainable change from the inside out.
Understanding the origins of your anxiety, depression, sadness, anger, or overwhelm is a key step toward healing and growth.
My approach integrates holistic, systemic, and depth-oriented therapeutic modalities. I work from existential and contemplative frameworks - sitting with the fundamental questions of meaning, identity, loss, freedom, and isolation that often surface during profound transitions.
My training includes systemic therapy, somatic approaches, attachment theory, psychosynthesis, and contemplative inquiry. More importantly, I bring a rare capacity to sit with people in states of emotional unravelling or ego dissolution without panic or urgency - to be fully present with your undoing without rushing to put you back together.
This work is relational, somatic, and grounded in what is actually happening in your body and emotional field - not just your thoughts or behaviours.
This work may not be for you if:
you’re looking for fast solutions or generic coping strategies
you want high-intensity, protocol-driven therapy
you prefer short-term, surface-level techniques
you want the therapist to “fix” things without your involvement
A note on depth work - I work with a small number of people at a time. This is intentional.
Depth-oriented therapy is energetically intensive and cannot be rushed or scaled.
